TLDR Two dogs in Korea were diagnosed with a rare skin condition usually seen in cats.
Eosinophilic granuloma, typically seen in cats, was diagnosed in two dogs in Korea—a 5-year-old female Cocker Spaniel and a 2-year-old female mixed breed—both presenting with skin nodules and alopecia. Histopathological examination revealed hyperplasia, ulceration, and 'flame figures' in the skin, leading to the diagnosis. This was the first reported case of canine eosinophilic granuloma in Korea.
