    The study evaluated the effectiveness of drumstick leaves extract with amla powder on anemic status among 30 adolescent girls at CSI Ruth Illam for Girls, Irungalur, Trichy. Using a quasi-experimental one-group pre-test post-test design, the study found that after administering the extract for 15 days, there was a significant improvement in hemoglobin levels. Initially, the girls exhibited mild to moderate anemia, but post-intervention, many showed mild anemia or no anemia. Major symptoms included hair loss, fatigue, and concentration issues, which improved following the intervention.
