    A study found that lipopolysaccharides from Azospirillum brasilense Sp245 can enhance early growth and biochemical responses in wheat seedlings, but this effect is weakened by procyanidin B2. The study also found that peroxidases play an important role in root growth. Procyanidin B2 was found to reduce the early growth and biochemical responses induced by Azospirillum brasilense Sp245 lipopolysaccharides in wheat seedlings.
