    The review discussed the widespread use of cosmetic products, which often contain hazardous chemicals such as Talcum, parabens, Coal tar dye, Phthalates, Fragrance, Triethanolamine, and heavy metals like Lead, Arsenic, Cadmium, and Mercury. These chemicals could accumulate in the body over time, potentially causing serious health issues including cancer, reproductive and developmental disorders, contact dermatitis, hair loss, lung damage, aging, skin diseases, allergies, and nail effects. The article aimed to highlight the concept of Dushi Visha in Ayurveda, which pertains to chronic poisoning, and proposed Ayurvedic management strategies to mitigate the chemical toxicity of cosmetics. The information was compiled from Ayurvedic texts, commentaries, and research articles.
