TLDR A 36-year-old man had unusual skin lesions on his face without hair loss.
The document described a case of a 36-year-old healthy man with atypical necrobiosis lipoidica on the face. The lesions were annular with a raised erythematous palpable border, and the centers were slightly depigmented and atrophic, lacking telangiectasia or hair loss. Histopathological examination showed prominent giant cells in small groups without clear granuloma formation, located at all levels of the dermis between collagen bundles.
