Alopecia areata (AA) and trichotillomania (TT) are both significant causes of hair loss in children, often triggered by anxiety and stressful events. This paper presents a rare case of a 9-year-old male with a 3-month history of hair loss, diagnosed with both AA and TT through clinical history and detailed trichoscopy.
