A Case Report of Kaphaja Granthi w.s.r. to Trichilemmal Cyst

This case report describes a 53-year-old female with a trichilemmal cyst on her scalp, linked to a blocked hair follicle and possibly an autosomal dominant trait. The cyst was surgically removed, and Ayurvedic treatments were used post-operatively to aid healing. The patient fully recovered without relapse over a 3-month follow-up, demonstrating the effective integration of surgical and Ayurvedic approaches in managing trichilemmal cysts.
