    TLDR A 75-year-old man lost weight, hair, and nails due to severe stomach and intestine inflammation.
    A 75-year-old man experienced significant weight loss (25 kg) over 6 months, along with loss of appetite, hair loss, and nail loss, but no gastrointestinal symptoms. Physical examination revealed a cachectic state and loss of fingernails. Laboratory tests were normal, and imaging showed no abnormalities. However, endoscopy revealed hypertrophic pangastritis and enteritis.
