    TLDR A 75-year-old man lost weight, hair, and nails due to severe stomach and intestine inflammation.
    A 75-year-old man experienced unexplained weight loss of 25 kg over 6 months, along with loss of appetite, hair loss, and purple discoloration of his palms and soles. Despite normal laboratory findings and imaging results, an oesophago-gastro-duodenoscopy revealed hypertrophic pangastritis and enteritis. The patient also lost his fingernails, but no gastrointestinal complaints or stool abnormalities were reported.
