TLDR The conclusion is that the technology for making "Biosedum plus" gel, which treats radiation skin damage, is validated.
The document discusses the creation of a combined gel technology, "Biosedum plus", designed for treating radiation skin damage. The gel is made from Sedum maximum juice, sea buckthorn, rosehip, and St. John's wort fatty oils (2:1:1), and quercetin. The gel base is obtained through a process that involves swelling at a temperature below 60 °C and stirring at 250 rpm. The impact of homogenization's duration on dispersion degree was determined by stirring samples at 2000 rpm for intervals ranging from 10 to 60 minutes. The oil composition and butylated hydroxyanisole were added to the base as an emulsion, while quercetin was introduced as a finely dispersed suspension when mixed with glycerin and diluted with Sedum maximum juice. The document validates the technological process and the technology of the combined gel "Biosedum plus".
