Tugain 10 Solution by Cipla is a topical treatment containing 10% Minoxidil, designed for men with androgenic alopecia or male pattern baldness. It helps stabilize hair loss and promotes new hair growth in areas where hair is thinning, particularly on the vertex of the scalp. It is not suitable for frontal baldness or receding hairlines and is not recommended for women with female pattern baldness. Minoxidil in Tugain 10 works as a vasodilator, increasing blood flow to the scalp and stimulating hair follicles. It prolongs the active growth phase of hair and increases the size of hair follicles, preventing premature entry into the resting phase. The product also contains absolute alcohol (30%).
