    TLDR Noncoding dsRNA boosts hair growth by activating TLR3 and increasing retinoic acid.
    The study found that noncoding dsRNA activates TLR3 to induce intrinsic retinoic acid (RA) synthesis, which promotes hair follicle regeneration. The study used mouse models and human samples to demonstrate that TLR3 agonists combined with RA might enhance regeneration in humans. The study provides new insights into the mechanisms of hair follicle regeneration and could lead to the development of new therapies for hair loss.
