The findings indicated a significant correlation between unhealthy dietary patterns and higher BMI, particularly in the 19-24 age group, with an average BMI of 31.6 kg/m². The study highlighted the association between lifestyle factors, such as diet and physical activity, and the presence of PCOS symptoms like hirsutism. The results underscored the need for increased awareness about the impact of lifestyle choices on hormonal and metabolic health in women with PCOS.
