TLDR Microneedling with CGF significantly improves hair regrowth in androgenetic alopecia.
The study evaluated the long-term effects of microneedling combined with concentrated growth factor (CGF) on hair regrowth in 20 patients with androgenetic alopecia over two years. The results showed a significant improvement in hair regrowth, with a p-value of 0.0001, indicating the effectiveness of the treatment. The study found no significant relationship between age and the treatment's effectiveness, and no adverse reactions were reported. The findings suggest that this technique is a promising option for improving hair regrowth and patient satisfaction in those with androgenetic alopecia.
