Cronkhite-Canada syndrome is a rare condition marked by gastrointestinal polyposis, alopecia, skin pigmentation, and nail dystrophy, with a risk of gastrointestinal malignancies. A 67-year-old man with this syndrome presented with dyspepsia, hair loss, skin hyperpigmentation, and pedal edema, and was found to have superficial esophageal carcinoma and numerous gastrointestinal polyps. He was treated with endoscopic procedures and glucocorticoids. The case highlights the importance of regular endoscopic surveillance in these patients due to the potential for malignant transformation.
