The study investigates the effectiveness of a combined treatment method for diffuse telogen alopecia using fractional laser therapy, intravenous blood irradiation, and minoxidil. The research involved 177 patients and compared four treatment schemes. The combined therapy showed the most significant improvement, with a 36.9% improvement in patients with mild alopecia and a 70.8% improvement in those with severe alopecia. In comparison, other methods like erbium and neodymium lasers, and transcutaneous laser blood irradiation showed lesser improvements. The study concludes that the combined therapy is highly effective and recommends its use in clinical practice.
