Leimo Laser Hair Comb is a commercially marketed device with claimed growth stimulant properties. The device uses laser light (890nm) and LED light (650nm) applied topically to the scalp as the user moves the unit over his head.
The Leimo laser was recently approved by:
- TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia) as a Class IIa Medical Device that regrows hair. Its ARTG number is 139 456.
- Korea Food & Drug Administration ( KFDA) as a Class II medical device (Medical Device License Number 03-1142)
The Leimo Laser Hair Comb is very similar to the Hairmax Lasercomb in its usage of lasers. The most notable differences are:

- Leimo has only one laser light, compared to Hairmax Lasercomb's 5.
- Leimo is battery powered and rechargable
There is only one version of the product. It is currently $450USD.
